I recently made this salad for a last minute picnic playdate, with my friend Luisa and her daughter Isabel. We didn’t want to make a fuss over everything, so we decided to visit ALDI to grab literally everything we needed for this playdate. I prepared my simple Grilled Chicken Caprese Salad, Jambon Sandwiches, and brought baby food for our littles.
