Sticky Lamb Chops

Is there anything more elegant than a dish of lamb chops? They’re perfect for a special occasion, but they’re also easy enough to make any day of the week. In this recipe, I’ll show you how to make sticky lamb chops that are sure to impress your guests. The best part is, they’re baked in just one pan, so cleanup is a breeze and there’s minimal work.

You guys, I have told you time and time again to head to ALDI for quality food and items at an affordable price. I was able to score Never Any! Lamb Loin Chops for only $9.99 (prices may vary by location). With such a great deal, I had to make a show stopping meal that my family would love!

What ingredients do you need to make Sticky Lamb Chops?

  • Never Any! Lamb Loin Chops
  • Brown Sugar
  • Specialty Selected Raw Honey
  • Priano White Wine Vinegar
  • Minced Garlic
  • Specialty Selected Chili Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Soy Sauce
  • Simply Nature Organic Stir-In Ginger Paste

How to make Sticky Lamb Chops

  • In a large bowl mix all ingredients except for your lamb chops.
  • Add the lamb chops to the bowl and make sure that they are completely submerged.
  • Place bowl in the refrigerator, cover and marinate for at least 2 hours, up to 24 hours.
  • Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
  • Serve hot!

What to serve with Sticky Lamb Chops

Now remember that ALDI is your one stop shop for all of your dinner needs. When it comes to pairing my Lamb Chops, I personally love to get Lobster Mac & Cheese and Specially Selected Miso Green Beans from the freezer section. They’re so delicious and are easy to make.

8 Never Any! Lamb Loin Chops

1c Soy Sauce

1/2 c Brown Sugar

1/2 tsp Simply Nature Organic Stir-In Ginger Paste

3/4 c Specialty Selected Raw Honey

1/4 c Priano White Wine Vinegar

2 tbs Minced Garlic

2 tbs Specialty Selection Chili Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
