December 3, 2021 Baking, Christmas, Desserts, Food + Recipes, Uncategorized

Finally, I have a Gluten Free Thumbprint Cookie that I think will be your new Thumbprint Cookie recipe moving forward. It requires minimal ingredients and is super simple to make. The best part is that you just switch out your regular flour for Bob’s Redmill 1 to 1 Baking Flour, and you are now baking gluten free! Check out the simple recipe below.

This delicious recipe is brought to you in partnership with Bob’s Red Mill This post also includes affiliate links that allow me to receive commission for your purchases at no additional cost to you. Thank you for supporting the brands that support RosalynnDaniels.com.

What ingredients do you need to make Thumbprint Cookies

The reason I love this recipe is because it only takes minutes to make. As long as you have these ingredients and 20 minutes, then you are good to go!

  • Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour
  • Butter
  • Sugar
  • Egg
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Jam of choice

How do you make Gluten Free Thumbprint Cookies?

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, using a sturdy spoon, mix butter and sugar until completely combined.

Using a fork, beat in your egg and vanilla extract.

Mix in your Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour until smooth and completely combined.

Measure out 2tsp of dough,  roll into a ball, and place on a lined cookie sheet.

Place about 2 inches apart.

Using your thumb, gently press each ball in the center to create a small bowl.
