Mint and Garlic Sauce for Lamb

Ingredients

handful of Fresh Mint
1
handful of Fresh Parsley
1
Lemon
juiced

Garlic Cloves
1/2

Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Instructions
In a food processor, blend all ingredients until finely chopped and forms a sauce.
If it is too thick, add more olive oil.
Add salt to the processor in 1 tsp increment until you reach your desired level of salt.
