Mint and Garlic Sauce for Lamb

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of Fresh Mint
  • 1 handful of Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend all ingredients until finely chopped and forms a sauce.
  • If it is too thick, add more olive oil.
  • Add salt to the processor in 1 tsp increment until you reach your desired level of salt.
