Honey Baked Feta with Rosemary and Thyme

Ingredients

10-14 oz Feta Cheese Block

1tbs Honey

1tbs Olive Oil

4-5 Sprigs of thyme

4-5 Sprigs of rosemary

Pepper


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Place feta cheese block in a medium to small lined baking dish (You can use parchment paper or aluminum foil)

Pour olive oil over feta cheese and sprinkle pepper and half of rosemary and thyme on top

Place in the oven for 10 minutes

Take the feta out of the oven

Turn oven broiler on 550 degrees

Pour honey and remaining herbs on top

Place feta cheese back into the oven for 5 minutes, or until your cheese starts to brown on top

Done!

 

Notes

Serve with pita slices, crusty bread, or sliced vegetables.
