Smoked Crispy Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 2 c Cooked Chickpeas
  • 1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tbs Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  •  

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven or air fryer to 425 degrees.
  • Pour chickpeas onto a baking sheet and make sure they spread out evenly.
  • In a bowl, toss all ingredients.
  • Roast uncovered for 25 minutes, or until your chickpeas are hard and crispy.
  • Enjoy as a snack or a garnish
