Lemon Garlic Hummus with Butter Poached Crab

Ingredients

  • 6 c Chickpeas or 3- 15.5 cans
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/3 c Tahini
  • 2 Lemons juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 c Lump Crab Meat
  • 1/2 c Salted Butter
  • 1/2 tbs Kosher Salt
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients except for the butter and lump crab meat.
  • In a saucepan melt your butter and bring to a soft boil.
  • Add your crabmeat to the pan and cook for1-2 minutes.
  • Plate your hummus so that it sinks down in the middle.
  • Fill that hole with your crab meat.
  • Garnish with a little olive oil or butter and fresh parsley.
