In a bowl, mix shrimp and seasoning. Sit to the side.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil and butter, stir in Lemongrass Paste, Garlic Paste, Chopped Basil and Chopped Parsley.
Stir in shrimp and cook completely.
Take out your shrimp ad sit to the side.
To make your sauce, use the same skillet.
Add butter, Lemongrass Paste and Garlic Paste.
Stir in heavy whipping cream and wine. Continue to stir for 4-5 minutes then stir in parmesan cheese.
Toss in cooked pasta and shrimp until fully coated.
Garnish with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
