1/2 Red Onion (diced)
2 large Tomatoes (diced)
14oz Hearts of Palm -brine optional (diced)
1 Whole Mango (diced)
1/4c Cilantro (chopped) 2 Avocados (diced)
1/2tsp Sea Salt
1tsp chili pepper (optional)
1/2 Grapefruit Diced
In a large bowl mix all ingredients.
Tightly cover bowl and chill immediately for 30-45 minutes.
Serve in an empty avocado shells, with tortilla chips, or by the spoonful!
