Vegan Chickpea Chick’n salad

Ingredients

4c Cooked Chickpeas/ Garbanzo Beans

1 1/4c Vegan Mayonnaise

1tbs Dijon Mustard

1tbs Tahini

1/2c Relish

1tsp Salt

1tsp Pepper

1/2c Diced Onion

1c Diced Celery


Instructions

In a large bowl mix all ingredients.

Sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to an hour to chill.

Serve plain, on a sandwich, or with your favorite crackers or veggies.
