Ingredients

Scale

1lb Sliced Steak (Sirloin or Flank)

1 Green Pepper Sliced

1 Red Pepper Sliced

1/2c Soy Sauce

1tbs Brown Sugar

2tbs Corn Starch

1tbs Garlic Minced

1tsp Ginger Minced

2tbs Sesame Oil

2tbs Rice Wine Vinegar

1tsp Pepper

1/4 Salt

Instructions

In a large skillet heat sesame oil.

Add steak strips to the skillet, add pepper and salt and cook until brown.

Take out meat and sit to the side.

Add sliced peppers to the skillet.

While peppers are beginning to cook, in a separate bowl mix together soy sauce, corn starch, rice wine vinegar, and brown sugar.

Add garlic and ginger to the peppers and give a good mix until peppers begin to become tender.

Add meat back to the skillet.

Pour in soy sauce mixture and toss steak strips and peppers in it for about 2-3 minutes, or until sauce thickens up.

Serve immediate.
