Easy Matcha Chia Pudding


  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Vanilla Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Matcha
  • 2 tbs Agave
  • 1 tsp Vanilla or 1 Vanilla Bean
  • Various berries for toppings
  • Shredded coconut for toppings


  1. Pour 1/2 of your coconut milk into a bowl and add matcha
  2. Mix well
  3. Add second 1/2 of coconut milk
  4. Add chia seeds
  5. Add Agave
  6. Add Vanilla
  7. Mix well
  8. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (the longer, the firmer it will be)
  9. Top with fresh berries and shredded coconut
