Peach Compote

Ingredients

3 peaches, half and sliced

1/4 cup honey

1/8 cup sugar (increase up to 1/4 cup if peaches are not on the sweeter side)

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup oj


Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in sauce pan. Bring to boil.
  2. Boil on medium high heat for 20min, stirring consistently. 
  3. Lower heat to medium low and simmer for 45 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
