2c Cooked Chickpeas
1tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2tbs Smoked Paprika
1tsp Kosher Salt
Pre-heat oven or air fryer to 425 degrees.
Pour chickpeas onto a baking sheet and make sure they spread out evenly.
In a bowl, toss all ingredients.
Roast uncovered for 25 minutes, or until your chickpeas are hard and crispy.
