4 15.5oz Northern Beans or Navy Beans
1/2c Extra virgin olive oil (divided)
3 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp salt
1tsp white pepper
1tsp onion powder
Juice of 2 lemons
In a food processor or blender, blend all ingredients except 1/4c of extra virgin olive oil until nice and creamy. Slowly add more of the remaining olive oil to make the hummus creamier.
