Peach and Prosciutto Stuffed French Baguette

1 French Baguette

23 Peaches

Fresh Basil Leaves

1c Ricotta Cheese

10oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

1tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1tbs Raw Honey

1/4tsp Pepper

Pinch of Salt

1012 thin slices of Prosciutto


Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.

In a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper. Sit to the side.

Slice peaches into small wedges. Sit to the side.

Make slices in your French Baguette about 1.5 inches apart.

Inside of each slice spread ricotta mixture, add a slice of mozzarella cheese, and a slice of prosciutto.

Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted and the bread is slightly toasted.

Once you take out your baguette, carefully add slices of fresh peaches and basil leaves to each slice.

Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top, and serve immediately.
