1c of extra virgin olive oil
1c of fresh squeezed lemon juice
1tbs dried oregano
1tbs fresh or dried thyme
In a large bowl or container, mix all ingredients.
Taste test to make sure that it is to your liking.
Pour marinade over whatever food you would like to eat. (Meat, Seafood, Vegetables)
Let your food marinate for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
This marinade also taste good as a dressing.
